Will Chartkin open or close trades?

Chartkin does not open, close, or modify orders. It is a chart companion that reads account context, without trading signals or investment advice.

Do I need to buy a Custom Pet to use Chartkin?

No. Chartkin includes Mochi, ready to use. Custom Pet is an optional service for a personalized appearance.

How do I import a Pet Pack?

Place the .petpack file in Terminal\Common\Files\Chartkin\Pets. Open Settings → Import Pet Pack, preview all four moods, then confirm Use This Pet.

Does it work on mobile or MT4?

The current product supports MetaTrader 5 desktop, attached to one chart per account. It is not an app for MT4 or mobile MT5.

Will changing my pet reset its level?

Changing a Pet Pack changes its appearance and animation timing without resetting EXP, levels, achievements, or existing progress.
